The price at checkout is the price they saw
Custom prices are calculated again by Shopify, not trusted from the browser. Edited measurements or outdated settings are stopped before payment.

Questions merchants ask
Do I need Shopify Plus?
No. MeasureMate uses Shopify Functions that are available on standard Shopify plans to price custom lines and check them at checkout.
Will it work with my theme?
MeasureMate adds an app block for product pages in Online Store 2.0 themes, and an optional app embed for editing measurements in the cart. Preview it in your theme and place a test order before selling.
Can shoppers change the price in their browser?
No. Shopify recalculates every custom line from your calculator settings at checkout. If measurements were edited or no longer match your settings, checkout asks the shopper to fix the item first.
How is the number of boxes calculated?
Room area is increased by your waste percentage, divided by the coverage per box or roll and rounded up to a whole number. For example, a 4 × 3.5 m room with 10% waste and 2.2 m² boxes needs 7 boxes.
Does it replace a fitter's measurement?
No. The calculator gives a purchase estimate from the size the shopper enters. It does not replace a professional cutting or installation plan.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
MeasureMate stores your calculator settings and product assignments. Shopify notifies the app when you uninstall, and shop data is removed according to Shopify's data deletion requests. See the privacy policy.
